Business Development Specialist


Salary: $60k-$65k/annually

Classification: Full-Time

Location: 87 Florida Ave Office and our properties

Office Hours: M-F, 9am – 6:30pm evenings and weekends as needed

Position Objective: 

This position manages the owner onboarding process from start to finish with the objective of meeting and/or exceeding the quarterly growth goals. This position will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead prospecting, to signing new clients and onboarding them to Nest while ensuring a seamless client experience. Building trust, and being an informative and friendly source for clients is key, and strong time management and organization is integral to this role. Part of what makes Nest DC a great place to work is everyone’s do whatever it takes attitude. A willingness to jump in and help when it is needed goes a long way
