Before joining the Flock family, I worked in the customer service industry as a Chef and as a Medical Interpreter. Both of these careers have allowed me to develop skills that will help me grow and excel in giving our homeowners the best experience every single day. I also have a background in Fashion and Arts and I find it beautiful how all these different paths have led me to Property Management, where I can apply all of my experience with confidence and creativity.
My role in the Flock family, and specifically at Roost DC, as a Client Experience Assistant, gives me the opportunity to be the first line of interaction with our clients, supporting both them and my teammates in strengthening our business relationships with respect and excellence. I am also thrilled to have the opportunity to work with a company whose values I share, and to help serve the community and our clients in a sustainable, culturally diverse, and ethical way.
