Growing up I had always wanted to be that person that made a difference in someone's life and I had the idea that I needed to have a fundraiser or be part of United Nations to do it. When the years passed by and I started to work in customer satisfaction I realized how easy and fun it is to make a difference, all I need is a customer to help and a smile on my face to make someone's day better. And there is nothing more satisfying than that.
