I called the Washington suburbs home for most of my life. DC proper was always the “big city” and a big treat to visit as a kid. I have been part of my family business from an early age and customer service is in my blood. It was a natural step to migrate to retail and spent 8 years in that industry. I joined Flock in April of 2017, and still think it is incredible to be working in the city, and so closely involved in a business that has such a big impact on the DC community. Flock is a great fit! I’m particularly lucky that my role combines my passion for creating a great customer experience and my passion for tracking numbers and data.
