Client Experience Specialist
Tracy joins the Roost team afters pending 20+ years in the property management field, with the last five years serving as concierge manager for a condo association in SW. Tracy serves in a hybrid role, as she’s stationed in our main offices part-time but also spends most of the week as the on-site Rooster for one of our buildings. Tracy has a knack for making everyone feel at ease, like they are talking to long-lost friend! She’s our go to make sure things are running smoothly with service contracts and routine services at each building.
