I was born in D.C at the George Washington University Hospital, but I was raised in a small town in Pennsylvania. When I was ready to flee from the cooped up existence of suburban living, I flew south to Florida.
I spent my years there gaining customer service and management experience, working in a variety of boutique style retail settings such as salons, tea shops, chocolate shops, as well as body, skincare, and makeup shops in the Orlando area. All the while, I was attending Seminole College pursuing a degree in Psychology.
While most of my time was spent juggling two jobs and pursuing my higher education goals, I always saved some time for Mickey Mouse and a beach or three.
Although I loved the sunshine state, my destiny led me back to the DMV. When I arrived here, I dived into the world of Behavioral Therapy and spent more than a decade working with the Autism community, teaching children in school and home settings. That work will always be near and dear to my heart.
My diverse background, dynamic personality, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service is what brought me into the world of property management and, ultimately, brought me home to Roost.
As an on-site manager for Roost, my goal is to provide an attentive, solution-based, high-quality customer service experience so I can fly in formation with my Flock.
When I have free time, I enjoy exploring state parks and playgrounds around the DMV with my son, doing strength training at the gym, and visiting my family and friends in Pennsylvania.
