Board members volunteer their time and expertise to be sure the associations run smoothly from a facilities and financial perspective. Complex issues like insurance, large-scale improvements, resident conflict, bill collection, and more can make the work of a board feel like an uphill battle. In addition to these pages, we’re invested in making sure we offer ongoing education opportunities by engaging partners and experts that are industry aligned to guide and inform your roles. That includes bankers, attorneys, engineers, and more. We welcome members to our training space at 15th and U Street NW and mix and mingle while offering some great live discussion and DC-focused content. Ongoing trainings are announced about three weeks ahead of time, and notes are always posted to board member portals afterward. We hope you get a chance to attend and spend some time with our team in person.
